Great customer service! Pizza was great! They really made the experience exceptional.
Marco's always has incredible pizza, however, they messed up our order. Luckily they fixed the issue by giving us another pizza free of charge, but we did have to drive back to the location to get our dinner and it was not the exact pizza that was originally ordered. I would still go back for a night of pizza, but slightly disappointed in the way this was handled.
Gross! I worked at Marcos from 1999 to 2008 and the food was spectacular. It seems like any business that grows beyond their means the food greatly suffers. This company is guilty of that 100%.
Had to order several pizzas for a company event, and the customer service was A++ here! One of the best experiences at a pizza place I think I have ever had! Highly recommend!
