Had just a minor tune up done and they screwed that up. My brakes were a lot worse after they worked on my bike. Had to wait another day for them to fix it. Manager didn't seem to care. I guess because I didn't spend a lot at the shop. I'm just glad I checked the brakes before I left and didn't get hurt riding. First impression is important to me. I won't be going back.
Mitchell was very patient and helpful. We didn't really know what we wanted but he worked with us to better understand our needs and recommend the options that the store had. We ended up not buying but the service was very good. Will be back.
They have lots of nice expensive inventory that seems to cater to a very white collar clientele. Lots of nice Giant and BMC road bikes. If your not a baby boomer, driving a SUV and making six figures forget it.
Had my bike 'tuned up" . They did an outstanding job and provided some very helpful recommendations. Staff is very friendly and professional. A great selection of bikes song with the Roll brand custom bikes.
I came to the bike shop to get my tires replaced as well as get a new tube for my back tire. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The shop was busy and promised my bike would be ready by 5PM. I received a call much earlier (around 3PM) and was able to pick up my bike early. I am very satisfied with the work and would recommend this place to anyone needing good service at an affordable price!
